Primary Care Physician - Outpatient Practice
Office Based in Phoenix
M-F 8am-5pm

The physician will provide primary care for Evernorth Care Group patients deemed to fall within the scope of practice of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Diagnoses and treats patients for disorders on a general level, without restriction to special systems or regions of the body; serves as the general practitioner to patients for general diagnostic and therapeutic medical care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This position is responsible for providing excellent care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
2. This is specifically for adult medicine and geriatric medicine.
3. The incumbent must be effective in unifying the business, operational, support and clinical arms into a cohesive team.
 
Qualifications:
    1. MD or DO Degree
    2. Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (new grads welcome)
    3. Active and unrestricted AZ medical license
    4. Outpatient practice experience, preferred
    5. Proficient computer skills - MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems
    6. Demonstrates flexibility
    7. Displays excellent/compassionate communication skills with staff and patients
    8. Epic experience, a plus – not required
