Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations,  including medical history,  physical examinations,  and laboratory testing.
• 36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin per week
• No nights or weekends/No Call
• Join a practice of 3 Physicians and 2 APPs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans,  incorporating lifestyle modifications,  dietary counseling,  behavioral therapy,  and pharmacotherapy as appropriate.
• Surgical and non-surgical weight management pathways available
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the continuity and efficacy of patient care.
• Monitor patient progress,  adjust treatment plans as needed,  and document outcomes effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in obesity medicine and bariatric care.
• Participate in educational initiatives and outreach programs to promote healthy weight management within the community.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Obesity Medicine
• 2+ years of post-training experience
