Responsibilities & Practice Details:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for patients across the lifespan, from newborns to seniors.
- 501(c), Not-for-Profit Organization
- Collegial group with exceptional RN, MA and support services
- 14-16 PPD
- Flexible schedules, 28-36 clinical hours per week
- On-site, small procedures room available
- Shared (phone) call: 1:6
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, X-rays) to inform diagnoses.
- Ability to refer patients internally to specialists within Foundation Medical Partners 330+ strong physician-led group
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens effectively.
- Provide preventative care services, including screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
- Coordinate care with specialists when necessary, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO and BC/BE in Family Medicine
- MA medical license or working towards
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
