Atlantic General Hospital is seeking a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Ocean City, MD, and our Eastern Shore community.
Compensation and Benefits
- $600,000 - $650,000 Base Salary Plus Production (wRVU)

Our 62-bed independently owned, not-for-profit community hospital has a medical staff of 260+ and is managed by a local volunteer board of trustees. Founded in 1993, the organization has grown to include a health system of 17 primary care and specialty office practices located in Worcester County, Maryland, and Sussex County, Delaware.
- Accredited by the Joint Commission with additional ACR and IAC accreditations for breast MRI, breast ultrasound and vascular laboratory, Atlantic General is designated a Screening Center of Excellence by the Lung Cancer Alliance and is a multi-year recipient of the American Heart Association’s Get with the Guidelines Stroke Quality Award.
- Atlantic General is a Most Wired Hospital; telehealth services include critical care, remote patient monitoring, and primary care and specialty consultations and treatments.
