Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Psychiatrist to join our medical staff at Highland Springs, a 72 bed behavioral health hospital near Cleveland, OH. The incoming Psychiatrist will provide services on our adult unit in conjunction with a NP. This is a full-time inpatient position with a flexible call schedule.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school doctoral program and completion of residency in Psychiatry required; board certification preferred.
- Prior inpatient and/or outpatient experience in a behavioral healthcare setting practicing psychiatry and/or addiction medicine.
- Current unencumbered medical doctor (MD) or osteopathic doctor (DO) licensure
- Unrestricted DEA and State Controlled Substances registration

Programs include 24/7 crisis care and assessment, inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for adults age 18+.

- Be nationally known for providing high quality, consistent, evidence-based, and innovative care
- Decrease suicide rates, decrease addiction-related deaths, reverse the decline in life expectancy, and improve productivity in the communities we serve
- Destigmatize mental illness and addiction, which are conditions that transcend race, gender, age, and socioeconomic class
