    3. Board Cert- Yes, required for all MDs after 3 year window has ended
    4. Start Date: Schedule open as of January
    5. End date: TBD
    6. Schedule Needed: 8-10 hours
    7. Reason For Change: Hospital Taking over Nursery Coverage
    8. Other Support Staff: 1-2 Nurse Practitioners per day
    9. Call Required: 24 hr. Call (8-10 in house, rest must be available for call)
    10. Travel: All Inclusive Preferred
    11. Facility Address: 1638 Owen Dr. Fayetteville, NC 28304

    14. Patient Census: around 680/Month in 2023

    16. Other Info: No C section Attendance Needed, NICU in house so any critical issue transferred there.
