Graves-Gilbert Clinic is a large multi-specialty clinic in Bowling Green, KY, founded in 1937 by Dr. G.Y. Graves and Dr. Tom Gilbert. Our goal has always been to provide sensitive, compassionate care to our patients with respect to the total wellbeing of the individual.
Since its founding, the clinic has grown to include over 125 physicians in Bowling Green, KY representing 30 medical specialties.
 
Practice:
    • Strong Pediatric Medicine Department of 7 pediatricians and a good mix of specialties (one physician retiring in November 2023; one joining in August 2023)
    • Average 20 – 25 patients/day
    • Round on your own patients and newborn
    • No C-section or Delivery coverage required
    • Optional teaching responsibilities - University of Kentucky and Vanderbilt Residents/Nurses/NP’s cycles through the practice
    • Two area hospitals - The Medical Center is onsite with Graves Gilbert Clinic and TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is 10 minutes away. Greenview does not do deliveries or have a nursery. Potential to have one in the future.
    • The Medical Center at Bowling Green; Level II Nursery, a Level 2+ NICU with 4 NEOS on staff, a 24-bed ped unit and 20 bassinets in the well-baby nursery.
    • Closest Level III NICU in Nashville
    • Financial: Income Guarantee, production bonus and excellent fringe benefit package; physicians are eligible to become a shareholder of the medical group after first year
    • AllScripts EMR is utilized
    • TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in partnership with Graves-Gilbert Clinic physicians opened a new Ambulatory Surgery Center in Warren County, KY in 2019
