Job Description

Practice
    • Graves-Gilbert Clinic is a multi-specialty medical group completely owned by the physicians; currently there are over 200 primary care, subspecialty physicians and clinical providers
    • Practice is located in South Central Kentucky – Bowling Green, KY  
    • Seeking additional BE/BC OB/GYN - growth
    • OB/GYN Group currently has 7 physicians doing delivers; plus 3 physicians doing only GYN and 4 Nurse Practitioners
    • Office has state of the art equipment which will allow many options to practice.  
    • Admit to a level 2.5 nursery with 11 LDR’s and (NO LDRP’s); has full time neonatologist and NPs; now have OB ED
    • Hospital does 2400 deliveries of which the group does over half (this is 2019)  
    • Excellent payor mix
    • Blend of OB vs GYN with the average number of surgeries per week of 7 per physician (this is from 2019).
    • C-section rate is 30% including repeat and primary (this is from 2019)
    • 95% commercial insurance; no more than 15% MC/MA (this is from 2019)
    • Nursery can keep babies 28 wks and above, other go out
    • Postpartum – 34 beds on 2A & 2B
    • Reserved regarding abortion
    • AllScripts EMR is utilized
    • Ambulatory Surgery Center in Warren County
    • The two local hospitals have Da Vinci robots
 
Partnership Track and Benefit Package  
    • All positions are a first year guarantee with upside potential.
    • At the end of the first year, if mutually agreeable, they are offered shareholder or ownership.
    • Buy in is around $12,000 the first year and then $20,000  spread  over the next five
    • They are eligible for production formula in the first year if they exceed guarantee and become a shareholder.
    • Second year begins income via the production based compensation formula.
    • Relocation allowance.
    • Normal fringe benefits – malpractice and health insurance.
