Are you a current second year family medicine resident or experienced physician planning to move in 2025? Novant Health is looking for a compassionate, caring, board certified / board eligible Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our team at Arboretum Family and Sports Medicine in Charlotte, NC. Located in the rapidly growing south Charlotte area, our practice has been a part of the community for over a decade. Our team consist of seven other providers (five physicians and 2 APPs) plus our incredible support staff including a dedicated CMA to each provider. The office is open Monday-Friday from 7:00-5:00 and many of our providers work on a four-day week schedule so they can better enjoy a work/life balance in the exciting city of Charlotte, NC or one of our amazing suburbs.
For our primary care providers:
- Access is a key theme – Novant Health encourages same day, extended hours, e-visits and video visits to deliver care where and when our patients need us.
- All of our community medicine physician leaders maintain a patient panel to remain connected to the day-to-day challenges and joys of practicing medicine.
- Many of our clinics utilize a team approach to care, which includes PAs, NPs, clinical pharmacy practitioners, health behaviorists and clinical RNs.

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current MD or DO license in appropriate state
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license required
