ECU Health Roanoke Chowan Hospital, located in Ahoskie, NC, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Anesthesiologist to work as an independent contractor.   

Job Highlights include:

• Hospital privileges at ECU Health Roanoke Chowan Hospital
• 1099 position
• Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
• Shared Call
• Supervision of experienced CRNA’s
• Work schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, including nights/weekends
• General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and OB/Gyn cases
• 180 surgical cases per month
• Procedures include general anesthesia, blocks, and labor epidurals
• Short commute to Tidewater Virginia Area

ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital is a 114-bed, not-for-profit hospital, located in Ahoskie NC. This area features beautiful rural scenery and a climate conducive to year-round, outdoor activities. The 15-bed ER serves approximately 21,000 patients per year from the local community and surrounding towns. This modern facility provides a wide range of health services to its 39,000 residents in the four-county area.
