SageWest Healthcare in beautiful Fremont County, is looking to recruit a Family Medicine provider with OB experience or a surgical fellowship trained provider to join an existing practice.  SageWest Healthcare in Lander and Riverton are licensed for 159-bed acute care facilities located on the banks of the Wind River Mountains.
