Job Description

St. Francis-Emory Healthcare, a 376-bed facility located in Columbus, GA is recruiting a BC/BE general Gastroenterologist  for our established, hospital-employed group. St. Francis-Emory is comprised of two campuses, more than 2,500 associates, and 300 physicians, and offers a full range of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room services, including the only open-heart surgery program in Columbus and the Chattahoochee Valley. The incoming physician will have opportunities to teach within our Internal Medicine GME program, if desired. 

• State-of-the-art technology on-site, along with most service lines
• Brand new Internal Medicine residency just opened summer 2022 with teaching options available

• Practice is located on the hospital campus, a 30-second walk to the endoscopy suite and 2-minute walk to the hospital
• Call is 1:5 
• Strong referral base with large primary care presence
