Rome GI, a private, single-specialty group practice located in Rome Georgia is offering Southern Hospitality and:
    • Endoscopy Center attached to Clinic. Medicare Certified and AAAHC Accredited;
    • Three procedure rooms w/Olympus scopes and reporting software. Average 4,500 procedures per year;
    • Experienced Endoscopy nurses and staff;
    • Four Gastroenterologists in Group;
    • Group admits to two local hospitals - one for-profit 201-bed and one not-for-profit 304-bed. The hospitals are only two miles apart;
    • Seven gastroenterologists in town, four are in our group;

The Providers:
Louis E. Lataif Jr., MD, FACG
Dr. Lataif received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Northwestern University Medical School. He is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology Hepatology.  Dr. Lataif joined Rome Gastroenterology Associates in 1996. In 2007, he was elected a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology. He has a special interest in pancreatic and biliary endoscopy.
Roderick A. Remoroza, MD
Dr. Remoroza is a graduate of the Manila Central University College of Medicine in the Philippines. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Lutheran Medical School in Brooklyn, NY.  Dr. Remoroza is a graduate of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship program at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.  While at the University of Connecticut, he also received advanced training in therapeutic endoscopy. He is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology/Hepatology.  Dr. Remoroza joined Rome GI in 2004. He has a special interest in liver diseases.
Adedamola ‘Damus’ Lufadeju, MD
Dr. Lufadeju received his medical education at the University of lbadan, College of Medicine, Nigeria. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship training at the Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia. While at Einstein, he received training in advanced therapeutic endoscopy and hepatology. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Lufadeju joined Rome GI in 2010. His interests include biliary disorders, diseases of the esophagus and therapeutic endoscopy.
Kenneth O. Obi, MD
Dr. Obi received his medical education at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.  He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Michigan in 2012 and Gastroenterology fellowship training at The Ohio State University in 2016.  Dr. Obi practices general gastroenterology.  He is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.  Dr. Obi joined Rome GI in 2016.  He has a special interest in inflammatory bowel disease
 
Target Candidates:
