Full Service Comm Health with 12 providers. Part of FP Residency program/teaching opps. FQHC/Loan forgiveness eligible. Outpatient clinic (M-F; ½ day Fridays). Significant underserved patient panel.
• PCP/FP or IM / CMO (group wants a provider to split time between practice/CMO role)
o CMO role salary up to $200k/DOE
