Job Description
Vidant Medical Group and Vidant Internal Medicine - Edenton are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to join a physician in an established, outpatient practice. Historic Edenton, offering beautiful waterfront living on the Albemarle Sound, is located 70 miles from Norfolk, VA and 90 miles from North Carolina’s Outer Banks. This opportunity affords a positive work/life balance (4-day work week) and excellent local specialist support.

Outpatient only (Hospitalists shifts optional)
Established practice with a loyal patient base
4 - day work week
System-wide integrated EMR – EPIC
1.5:1 MA-to-physician support; RN, health coach, and annual wellness visit nurse on-site
Support from local specialists: Cardiology, Orthopedics, Oncology/Hematology, Surgery, Neurology, Urology, OB/GYN, and Wound
24/7 Hospitalist Service for inpatient care at Vidant Chowan Hospital
