We need a Urologist.  We have a new system hospital in Princeton, WV, which is about an hour and a half from Charleston, WV (our capital) and Roanoke, VA.  There are airports in both those cities and a small airport in Beckley, WV (30 minutes away).  Since it’s a smaller community hospital, I’m sure the salary will be very competitive.  We’d sell the same things that we do for all of WV, the “outdoor paradise,” skiing, hiking, state parks, mountain biking, white water rafting, etc., etc.  They’ll also get our great benefit package with the 100% employer-contributed 401, tuition coverage for kids after they work for us 3 years, tons of time off, amongst others
