Overview:

 

This position is located in our facilities including acute care, inpatient rehab and outpatient therapy departments. The preferred candidate will have prior experience.

Qualifications:

 

Graduate of an accredited therapy program

 

 

 

 

 

State license required; CPR certification

Responsibilities:

 

Performs evaluations, plans and implements therapy treatment programs to provide optimal patient rehabilitation and ensure quality of care.
