Job Description
Psychiatrist – all outpatient, no call, no evenings no weekends. Range $225,000, with a RVU incentive program in addition ($10,000 guaranteed 1st year). Medical, dental, life and long term disability provided. Can purchase vision and additional life, as well as short term disability. Retirement program with match from employer. CME – 40 hours and $3000 in a calendar year; prorated first year if start other than 1/1. Vacation accrues bi-weekly for a total of 120 hours annually; increases at start of year 4 to 160 hours annually. Sick program accrues bi-weekly for 40 hours in a one year period.
Provider mix – 4 child/adolescent; 5 adult; 9 LCSW
