Job Description
The Lead Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred to the facility. This includes patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning. The Therapist functions as an effective team member and contributes to the development and achievement of department and organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
CPR Certification (American Heart Association) required.
