We do 450-600 deliveries a year.
Surgery, he had one day in the OR weekly and is usually booked out a month or so.
Call is currently shared between our doctor and three midwives. Doctor would be in the rotation for first or back up call (should the midwives need him or her), but rarely get called for backup call. We are very flexible with the schedule, both in office and call.
