CMH Medical Group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving CMH Primary Care Clinic located in Warrenton, Oregon. Columbia Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed Planetree Designated critical access hospital. In spite of our small size, there is a lot going on! We have a fully integrated EMR, excellent ancillary support services, rehab services, and a Professional Staff that values practicing evidence-based medicine. The hospital employs over 20 physicians in twelve specialties. Our patients have access to general urology, orthopedics, ENT and allergy specialists. We have great relationships with tertiary care centers in Portland, including PICU and NICU Telemedicine.
