Why is there a need? Current physician is booked out (7) weeks
Practice Landscape
Physicians Currently in Practice Arthur R. Sonberg, MD
o Carteret Hospital Employee
o Booked out a couple months
Setting
Schedule Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Call (2) days a week
Patients and Consults Ranges from 15 – 18 patients a day in the clinic (8-10) consults a week
Payer Mix
Strong payer mix but is not a factor due to RVU production
Clinical and Hospital Setup Staff: (1) GI, (1) N, (1) PA, (2) MA, office support staff (135) bed facility
Qualifications Needed
American Born and Trained OR Foreign Medical Graduates
Certifications Needed: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology If not board certified must be with 7 years of completion of residency Required by hospital bi-laws to obtain Board Certification
Ideal Candidate: Willing to be a Team Player Great Communication Skills
