2 satellites in eastern shore and one in gambrels.  Doing a lot of ancellaries.  Own in fusion clinic, own asc.  Own own pathology and anesthesia group.  EVERYTHIGN is in house.

 

She can send a profile sheet - best tool is website.  Opening an in-house pharmacy.  A general - need someone with ERCP experience.  New grads or someone doing ERCP.  If I find one with EUS that’s even better.  She is working with about 4 or 5 in 2016.  one EUS and one ERCP.  

 

Join a group of 5 GI’s.  All are partners, one is slowing down and the last hires were in 2008 and 2010.  Only 2 do ERCP’s and one of those is the one of the ones that is slowing down.  There is an advanced trained GI from Georgetown that comes in on Tuesdays but they are still referring patients out. They have EUS in their endo center. When DDA hires an advanced trained GI, the current GI from Georgetown will no longer come on Tuesdays.

 

They have a 450 referring primary care base. They are also picking up patients from across the bridge to Chestertown. I believe they have a second office open on Tuesdays now.  Offering bonus and partnership.
