Our state-of-the-art facility with an adjacent AAAHC accredited surgical center is located in Moline, IL, a short distance southwest of Chicago. Our well established, high-volume practice serves a metropolitan area of around 400,000 persons.Heartland Clinic provides a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic services. Services include 24-hr pH (Bravo), laparoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound with fine needle aspiration, celiac blocks, and video capsule. Most recently, we became the first GI practice in the Quad-Cities area, and the first ambulatory surgical center in the U.S. to offer the full line of the HALO Radio Frequency Ablation system by brRX, a minimally-invasive treatment for pre-cancerous Barretts esophagus. Heartland Clinic offers onsite pathology lab and pathologists. Routine procedures are performed under monitored anesthesia care (MAC) by CRNAs under the supervision of an anesthesiologist. We cover two hospitals within 10-minute driving distance of our main facility. All clinics and endoscopy procedures take place in our state-of-the-art facility.We are committed long term to the mission of helping our patients achieve optimal health. The Quad City Passenger Rail Coalition is currently working with the Illinois Department of Transportation and Amtrak to restore passenger rail service between Chicago and the Quad Cities.  Amtrak rail offers convenient service to downtown Chicago via the Princeton, Illinois, Amtrak station. The Princeton station is just south of interstate I-80, with free parking available.
