Roger Dugger - 63, probably do OB till he dies.   HE IS RETIRING.

 

15-25 delivereies a month.  Per doc.  Last month (3/17) did 73 deliveries between them.  Depends on the month - avg 40-70 per month.

 

You will get a decent base salary.  At the end of the year, the docs take the profit, and split it (less any capital expenses)

 

Weekday Call will be 1.4.  In a call group, share weekend w other group, so going to q7 weekends.

 

Hospital - Jackson hospital (90%).  10% at Baptist East and Baptist South.  Almost nothign at South.  Bill does almost nothing at east.  physician preference.  some delivery at teh second hospital.  5-10% at most.  Hate going to bunch of hospitals.  South is big NICU - 26 weekers.  Nicu not at their hospital.  Neonates at jackson.  only davinci at jackson (talking about geting one at other hospital).  Delivery volume - 45-60 per month.  NOt real busy.  Just enough

 

Surg center you can invest in that is doing great.  Few Procedures In office - they are done at surg ctr.  to be investor do things there.
